What if challenging behavior isn’t something to fix but something to understand? Young children don’t misbehave—they struggle with skills their brains are still developing. Yet many educators are expected to manage defiance, impulsivity, and inattention while also meeting individual needs and delivering meaningful learning experiences. It’s exhausting and often ineffective.

In this 3 hour brain-based training session, attendees will gain a practical approach to classroom management in an early childhood settings. Educators will experience a powerful shift in perspective from reactive discipline to proactive, skill-building strategies. Our unique program balances children’s co-regulation needs with educator well-being, helping staff stay calm, confident, and in control even in the most challenging moments.

Key Concepts Covered:

  • Co-regulation and calming techniques
  • Restructuring classrooms to reduce behavior challenges
  • Rethinking lesson design with a brain first approach
  • Managing transitions and high-stress moments
  • Supporting children with impulse control and attention
